  • No, you're not required to be present the entire time—as long as someone you’ve authorized is there to manage the booking. Just let us know in advance who will be in charge on-site.

  • Yes! You're welcome to bring in your own DJ or live music. Just let us know in advance so we can make any necessary arrangements for setup and sound.

  • Absolutely. You can bring your own food, drinks, or catering. Alcohol is allowed, but we do require that it's served responsibly and may need a licensed bartender depending on your event size.

  • Yes, you can extend your booking if the space is available. We recommend letting us know as early as possible to secure the extra time.

  • Yes! You can hang decorations as long as they don’t damage the walls or surfaces. We ask that you use removable adhesives like Command strips or painter’s tape—no nails, tacks, or permanent fixtures.

  • A Meeting Session is typically a quiet, professional gathering—such as team meetings, interviews, or workshops. These sessions may be booked Monday through Friday during daytime hours in The Loft, while coworkers are actively using the space below.

    Private Events—like parties, celebrations, or networking mixers can be booked on weekends or after 5PM on weekdays, when the coworking area downstairs is no longer in use.
